An engaging session on the “Amphibians of Goa” was conducted for students of Dr. K.B. Hegdewar High School, Karapur Tisk, Sankhali, as part of World Environment Day celebrations. Held during the monsoon, the program highlighted the region’s rich amphibian diversity and encouraged students to appreciate and protect these vital species. The interactive format fostered curiosity and environmental awareness, reflecting the organizers’ commitment to inspiring the next generation to value and conserve Goa’s unique natural heritage.
