Dr. Pronoy Baidya, Scientist and Head of Research Division at Arannya Environment Research Organisation (AERO), was honored by the Directorate of Tribal Welfare and CMO Goa for his significant contributions to ecology and the environment. Invited to inspire over 200 students from the community, Dr. Baidya shared his impactful journey and work at AERO, encouraging youth to pursue careers in wildlife and environmental sciences. AERO remains dedicated to advancing environmental education and wildlife research across the state and beyond.
