Chief Secretary Govt of Bihar, Shri. Prabhat Kumar Gupta PCCF- HoF, Shri. Arvinder Singh PCCF, and Dr. Sathiya Selvam DD- BNHS, to present our book "Threatened Birds of Goa" and speak about Goa's rich legacy of citizen science, leading to the upcoming "Goa Bird Atlas".
