Dr. Pronoy Baidya, Head of Department – Research at Arannya Environment Research Organisation (AERO), delivered an insightful session on Climate Change and Biodiversity for students of Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College and Research Centre.

The session explored the interconnected relationship between climate change and biodiversity, highlighting how changing climatic conditions affect ecosystems, wildlife, and the survival of various species. It also emphasised the importance of biodiversity in maintaining ecological balance and strengthening ecosystem resilience in the face of environmental challenges.

Students were encouraged to understand the significance of biodiversity conservation, adopt sustainable practices, and recognise the role of informed decision-making in addressing climate-related challenges.

Through such educational engagements, AERO continues to promote environmental awareness and scientific understanding among young learners, encouraging them to contribute to conservation efforts and work towards a more sustainable and resilient future.
