The Goa Bird Atlas has become a shining example for Goa. It shows what the collective will of a state can do for its bird diversity. On the platform of the 9th Bird Festival of Goa , a State Function of the Government of Goa, the outcome of Goa's largest structured citizen science initiative till date, was dedicated to the state and its people by the Honbl.
